Summer Knit Along - Lace!
Join on us Sunday, May 23rd, 1pm-6pm, as we cast on for a beautiful lace shawl.  We’ve designed a wonderful, triangular shawl for everyone to try out.  Try it on for size or select your piece to work on.  Either way, knitting lace is a great way to spend the summer!

Knit-ins and Other Groups

Join us on the following days as others gather to knit, crochet, spin and LAUGH:

Sundays

  • Open Knit-in: 1:00pm – 6:00pm. Join us every Sunday as knitters come together with their needles and yarn (and sometimes, tea and treats) to knit and socialize with others. It can become quite a party with all the laughter going on. It’s also a fantastic way to spend the day and meet new friends!

Thursdays

  • Workshops & Demonstrations: 1st Thursdays, 6pm-7pm. We invite you to attend these “free” classes, in which we’ll show a number of knitting techniques and processes that will expand your knitting repertoire. You’ll learn about steeking, cabling, blocking, finishing, shaping, cast-ons and bind-offs, and more. For more information, check out our Classes section.
  • Spinning Night: 1st Thursdays.  6:00pm. Next to knitting, spinning is one of the most relaxing, soothing hobbies to take on. Whether it’s on the spindle or the wheel, there’s something absolutely calming about the soft churning of the wheel and feeling the twist of the fiber as it transforms into yarn. Join us every 2nd Tuesday as spinners meet, socialize, and discuss the wonders of fiber.
  • Knit Along and Knit Night: 5:00pm – 8:00pm.
