It was an amazing weekend for us. Before we say anymore, we would like to thank the 20 very gracious knitters who waited outside on the chilly Saturday morning for us to open. As I was peering out the window at the knit campers, I felt that it was probably much more fun to be out there socializing with everyone… despite the cold as opposed to being inside taking care of last minute preps. I hope the gifts and hot chocolates helped. It definitely became fun once the doors were opened.
In addition, we couldn’t believe so many would come to celebrate our opening with us! It was as though we were having one huge party for seven hours! We’re so honored that you offered your time to us.
We’re also very honored to receive such positive responses to the shop. I guess all that hard work and those 100 hr work weeks paid off! LOL!
